EUROMOT signs the Joint Industry Paper on Partly Completed Machinery
The industry co-signatories have published a joint position paper on the interpretation of Partly Completed Machinery (PCM) under the Machinery Regulation, calling for legal certainty on the treatment of replacement PCM used for maintenance and repair purposes.
